About Hanna
I spent 22 years as an engineer before I chose to redirect everything — my time, energy, and skills — toward what truly matters to me: helping people feel genuinely well in their bodies and minds.
Over 12 years of teaching, a yoga training in London, years of studying Ayurveda in India, and thousands of hours in the studio and kitchen later — this is what I now call Everyday Vitality.
